Nope. You just have to eat one a day and post a photo. Liking it is optional โ€” though it tends to sneak up on you around day 10.

What if I'm traveling during the challenge?+

Good news: salad is wildly portable. Grab one at an airport, a gas station, or your hotel restaurant. Homemade, store-bought, restaurant โ€” all of it counts.

Do I need special equipment or a gym membership?+

None. A bowl and something green. That's the entire supply list.

Can my family or kids do it with me?+

Absolutely โ€” this is our most family-friendly challenge. Plenty of households do it together and it turns into a nightly ritual.
